Elixir Teas and the Drinks We Pour

Ask anyone behind our bar and they'll tell you: there's more to an alcohol-free night out than sparkling water. At Elixir Lounge, our menu is built around botanical drinks with real character. Here's a quick tour of what we pour.

Kava

The heart of the house. Kava is prepared from the ground root of Piper methysticum, a plant in the pepper family that has been grown and shared in the South Pacific for centuries. The root is kneaded in water, strained, and traditionally served in a coconut shell. The taste is earthy and peppery, which is why a piece of fruit is often served alongside as a chaser. New to it? Elixir Teas

Our teas are brewed strong from dried botanicals. Expect bold, earthy flavors, served hot or over ice depending on the season and the blend. If you like a robust cup, ask what's brewing when you visit.

Kombucha

Fermented tea with a gentle fizz and a tart, bright flavor. It's a favorite for guests who want something cold and refreshing between shells.

Coffee, Sodas, and More

We also pour coffee, craft sodas, and rotating house specialties, so there's something on the menu for everyone in your group.

Elixir Lounge is an 18+, alcohol-free bar at 206 Main St in Old Town Spring, TX, open seven nights a week. Happy Hour runs Monday through Wednesday from 4–7pm: $3 single shells, $6 double shells, and $8 loaded lixirs. Order online through Toast or drop us a line through our contact page.
