3. No Shipping

Elixir Lounge does not offer shipping.

4. Ordering and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Correct menu, pricing, or description errors

  • Substitute unavailable items when appropriate

  • Change menu items, ingredients, and pricing at any time

We do our best to display accurate menu descriptions, pricing, and item availability, but errors may occasionally occur. If an error affects your order, we may contact you using the information you provided.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. Payment must be received before an order is completed unless a different payment arrangement is offered at checkout or in-store.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Applicable sales tax, service fees, third-party fees, or platform fees may apply depending on how you place your order.

6. Pickup, Dine-In, and Delivery

You are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct order method

  • Providing accurate contact information

  • Arriving during business hours for pickup

  • Reviewing your order upon receipt

For orders placed through third-party delivery services, those services may have their own terms, fees, timelines, and policies. We are not responsible for delays, delivery errors, or platform-related issues caused by third-party providers.

7. Refunds and Returns

Because our kava, coffee, tea, mocktails, and other beverages are prepared fresh for same-day enjoyment, all beverage sales are final.

We do not accept returns on prepared drinks once they have been served, handed off, or picked up.

If there is a problem with your order, such as:

  • the wrong item,

  • a missing item,

  • a drink made incorrectly, or

  • a quality issue,

please contact us the same day as your purchase. At our discretion, we may offer one of the following:

  • a remake,

  • store credit, or

  • a refund

No refund or credit is guaranteed for personal taste preferences, partially consumed beverages, or issues reported after the day of purchase.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased and redeemed subject to availability and any terms shown at the time of purchase.

Gift cards:

  • are not redeemable for cash except where required by law,

  • may not be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by law or unless we choose to do so,

  • may be subject to separate balance lookup or redemption procedures

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift card transactions if fraud, misuse, or technical issues are suspected.

9. Loyalty and Rewards Program

If you participate in our loyalty or rewards program, you agree that:

  • rewards have no cash value unless required by law,

  • points and rewards may be subject to expiration, item limits, and promotional restrictions,

  • points may only be earned and redeemed according to the program terms in effect at the time,

  • abuse, fraud, account duplication, or misuse may result in suspension or termination of rewards participation

We may modify or discontinue the rewards program, point structure, reward levels, or eligibility rules at any time.

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, email offers, rewards bonuses, or event-based specials. These offers may be subject to additional terms, limited availability, expiration dates, and exclusions.
