At Elixir Lounge, we take pride in serving fresh kava, coffee, tea, and handcrafted beverages made to order. Because our drinks are prepared fresh and intended for same-day enjoyment, all beverage sales are final.
We do not accept returns on kava, coffee, tea, or other prepared drinks once they have been served or picked up.
If There Is a Problem With Your Order
Your experience matters to us. If we made a mistake with your order, please let us know the same day as your purchase and we will do our best to make it right. This may include:

Third-Party Delivery Orders
For orders placed through DoorDash or Uber Eats, any delivery-related issues may need to be handled through the delivery platform directly. If there is a problem with the product itself, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day.
